Dry Van
The bread and butter. High volume lanes, consistent reloads, and brokers we've been booking with for years.
Truck Dispatch · All 48 States
Full-service dispatch for owner-operators and small fleets. We hunt the lanes, negotiate the rate per mile, set you up with brokers and keep the paperwork off your dashboard — so your only job is the road ahead.
No forced dispatch No long contracts No upfront setup fee
Every trailer type runs on a different market. We book each one against its own rate benchmarks — not a single generic load board strategy.
The bread and butter. High volume lanes, consistent reloads, and brokers we've been booking with for years.
Temperature-controlled freight with tight appointment windows. We watch the set points and the detention clock.
Steel, lumber, machinery. Loads matched to your securement, tarps and legal weight — not just the highest number on the board.
Over-dimensional and tall freight. We handle the permits question before you accept, not after you're loaded.
Drop-and-hook programs and dedicated runs. Less waiting at the dock, more paid miles per day.
Expedited and partial freight for smaller equipment. Fast-turn loads that keep a light setup profitable.
Most carriers are set up and booked within 24 to 48 hours of sending their documents.
MC authority, W-9, certificate of insurance and a signed dispatch agreement. Message them on WhatsApp — that's the whole onboarding.
We complete carrier packets with brokers, get you approved on the boards, and build a lane plan around where you actually want to run.
You get a call or a message with the load, the rate and the miles. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
Rate confirmations, check calls, detention claims, invoicing and the next reload — handled while you're still rolling.
A dispatcher who only sends you load links isn't a dispatcher. Here's the work that actually comes off your plate.
One percentage of the gross on loads we book. Nothing else — no monthly retainer, no setup charge, no fee on loads you find yourself.
Your MC authority letter, a W-9, a certificate of insurance naming us as certificate holder, and a signed dispatch agreement. Send them over WhatsApp and we'll take it from there.
Never. You approve every load before it's booked. Tell us your lanes, your home time and your minimum rate per mile, and we work inside those lines.
No. There's no minimum term and no notice period. If the service isn't earning its 5%, you stop and we part on good terms.
Yes. New MC numbers take a little longer to get approved with some brokers, so we start with the ones that work with authorities under six months and build your record from there.
We prepare and submit invoices with the rate confirmation, BOL and POD attached, and we work with whichever factoring company you already use. If you don't have one, we'll point you to a few.
Around the clock. Breakdowns, detention and reload changes don't keep office hours, so neither do we. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach a dispatcher.
One message is enough to start — your equipment type and where you're sitting right now.
